Fishing Charters

South Carolina Tarpon
The saltwater estuaries surrounding Charleston, Georgetown, Myrtle Beach, Pawleys Island and Murrells Inlet provide endless options to fish and most areas are accessible within a short boat ride. Target species will vary by season but redfish, speckled trout, sheepshead and flounder are abundant year around while Tarpon and Sharks are present in the warmer months. 


Rates
Half Day(4hrs): $400
3/4 Day(6hrs): $500
Full Day(8hrs): $600
*Rates are for Two Anglers, each additional angler is $50.

The Boats
Carolina Guide Service offers custom fishing trips for light tackle and fly-fishing charters aboard a 20ft Key West Bay Boat or a 16ft Action Craft Flats Boat. The Flats Boat drafts less than 7 inches of water, which is great for stalking red fish in skinny water and the Bay Boat offers a comfortable ride when crossing open waters and fishing near-shore reefs.

What is Provided
Photography and Video is provided, as well as tackle, bait, ice, and a South Carolina Saltwater Fishing License.

What to Bring
Please bring hat, sunscreen, food, drinks, and adequate clothing for the season. The Captain will provide a cooler and drinking water. Since the majority of flats fishing is sight fishing, a good pair of polarized sunglasses are recommended.
